Thermal CorkShield™ is extremely resistant to harsh conditions, only fading 1% – 2% annually. One on the natural properties of cork is it will never reach a freezing point even after being submerged in liquid nitrogen.

Our product not only lowers utility bills, but it also adds consistent texture and colour making your home beautiful.
Our product will not chip, fade or crack. Vipeq’s Thermal CorkShield™ is available in many colours allowing you to change the look of your home.
Cork is very low density and quite light, reducing any structural concerns. - Hypoallergenic
Thermal CorkShield™ does not shed its fibers, reducing dust build up. It is an ideal product for anyone who suffers with Allergies or Athsma.

The bark of the cork tree is removed every nine years causing large amounts of oxygen to be released by the tree into the environment. The tree will last for hundreds of years continuing to grow new bark. Thermal CorkShield™ is a greener naturally renewable resource.

Cork is a naturally fire retardant material that will not release incandescent particles nor will the flames propagate.
It slows or stops the spread of fire or reduces its intensity.
This is accomplished by chemical reactions that reduce the flammability of fuels or delay their combustion. Thermal CorkShield™ has an ASTM E84-14 Class B Fire Rating. - Acoustic Insulation

Vipeq’s Thermal CorkShield™ is a natural thermal barrier that greatly reduces heat or cold from penetrating into your home or office. When the cork is applied to the surface of your home, it creates a thermal barrier that keeps the cold outside. One of the properties of cork is that it will never go below 0° C nor above 30° C.
